Compare Ahrefs DR Across Multiple Domains
A bulk DR checker is useful when you already have several domains to investigate. You might be reviewing names from the same product category, comparing a shortlist of potential partners, or examining registered variants of a brand across different extensions. Checking a group together makes differences easier to see without switching between individual reports.
Start with a relevant list rather than a target score. Two domains with similar ratings can serve entirely different audiences. Visit each website, read what the business offers, and decide whether it belongs in the same comparison. Shared spelling or a matching extension alone does not establish a competitive relationship.
How the Bulk DR Checker Works
This bulk Ahrefs DR checker sends the submitted domain list to our existing server-side integration. Credentials stay on the server. Website URLs are reduced to their registrable domains, repeated names are removed, and invalid entries must be corrected before the request starts. A batch accepts between one and twenty unique domains; a longer list is never silently shortened.
Results display the score received from Ahrefs and when that observation was collected. Sorting changes the presentation, while export preserves the values, source and timestamps. An unavailable result stays blank in CSV. A valid zero remains zero. Input order is available if you need to match the results back to another research sheet.
- 1
Paste complete domains or URLs. Use line breaks, commas or spaces between entries, then correct any validation errors.
- 2
Submit the list and review the returned observations. Editing the field does not trigger a new request; submit again when the next batch is ready.
- 3
Compare the relevant domains, export the table, and record your own notes about audience, products and business overlap separately.
What Domain Rating Tells You
Treat a bulk domain rating checker as one input to a research decision. Domain Rating is an Ahrefs metric, so its interpretation depends on the provider’s index and methodology. Scores can change as the link graph changes, even when your own website has not published anything new. Compare observations collected close together and keep the original dates with your notes.

DR Measures Backlink Profile Strength
Ahrefs defines Domain Rating as the relative strength of a website’s backlink profile, measured on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 100. It is not a Google score. A rating is most useful in context: compare similar websites and then investigate why their link profiles differ. This page does not provide individual backlink records or referring-domain counts.
DR Is Different from Organic Traffic and Moz DA
Organic traffic estimates and Domain Rating describe different things. A stronger link profile does not tell you how many people visit a site, which queries bring visitors, or whether the product competes with yours. Moz Domain Authority is a separate proprietary metric; do not substitute a DR value for DA. Domain Aha does not supply traffic estimates in this tool.
Bulk Domain Rating Checker Questions
No. It retrieves a backlink-strength metric. Use the registration lookup for published domain records, and confirm purchase eligibility and prices with a registrar. A rating cannot establish whether a domain can be registered.
A provider limit, timeout, temporary service issue or missing response can leave an observation unavailable. Retry later. Do not interpret a missing value as zero or as proof that the website has no backlinks.
No request runs until you submit a list. Successful observations may be cached for up to 24 hours to reduce avoidable upstream requests. The table shows the observation time rather than pretending an older value was freshly measured.
This public page does not require an account. Access remains subject to platform and provider limits. Export contains the displayed domain observations; it does not include private Ahrefs reports or a complete competitor audit.
